Health and Safety Risk Analysis Using the Job Safety Analysis Method in PT X's Disposal Activities

Mining is a workplace that is prone to accidents, is a high-risk landfill, if it is a landfill over water or mud, then the stored material is prone to cracks or landslides. Above-water storage is usually carried out in material dumps, which are usually very deep (>20 meters). As a result, vehicles may fall over the edge of the embankment and sink into the depths of the water. JSA (Work Safety Analysis) is a tool or procedure that is used as an important consideration in determining or determining hazards in the workplace and implementing appropriate controls to prevent accidents. Depending on each of these jobs, there are several possible hazards in the categories of low (low), medium (medium), high (high) and very high (extremely). Each potential hazard requires different handling. Work accidents can be triggered by human carelessness, damage to equipment or environmental conditions. Human error is the most important factor in industrial accidents. Low, medium and extreme work can be assessed by following existing SOPs. starting from not exceeding personal safety limits, using personal protective equipment, positive contact, maintaining a safe distance, controlling vehicles and the environment when mining, to following signs.
