UML and ERD Response Information System Process at the North Sumatra Youth and Sports Office

Abstract

The aim of this research is to plan and find out the design of the correspondence management information system process at DISPORASU using the UML and ERD approach, where incoming and outgoing mail management activities at DISPORASU are still carried out manually. This causes the performance of operational employees to become less efficient. Data collection on incoming and outgoing letters is still carried out by writing in Letter Archive books. The method used is a descriptive method, with literature studies and formulation of existing problems. The results of the research show that the existence of this correspondence information system makes it easier for employees to manage incoming and outgoing data collection. out. to do work without having to do incoming and outgoing letters manually again. And the correspondence management information system at DISPORASU is very helpful and is a solution to problems in this agency regarding data collection and incoming and outgoing letters which are still done manually.
