Application testing is a critical phase in the software development life cycle aimed at ensuring the quality and optimal performance. One proven effective approach in application testing is the "Black Box" method, which focuses on functional testing without considering the internal implementation of the application. In this implementation, black-box testing will be utilized to test a Data SKA Information System. This testing will be conducted on the Data SKA website at the Disperindag office with the sole purpose of evaluating whether the program functions as intended without the need to know the detailed source code. The advantage of this method lies in its ability to identify user-related issues at a high level without requiring knowledge of internal implementation. This research contributes significantly to a deeper understanding of the effectiveness of the Black Box method in the context of application testing and provides a foundation for improving functional testing processes in the future.
