Abstract

Worldwide demand for electrical energy increases by 2.8% every year. These requirements must be balanced with the ability of electrical energy suppliers to handle potential surges in demand. This situation also correlates with the problems faced by Indonesia, especially in developing regions. Many villages and sub-districts in this region still lack access to high-quality electricity. The method used in this research is a smart grid algorithm system. The results obtained in this research are. Smart technologies (smart grids), including digital and intelligent power grids, provide better network administration and monitoring, which can maximize resource use. regulations that support Energy-related innovation and investment are also driven by energy efficiency and renewable energy. To overcome these difficult problems facing the energy industry, cooperation between the government, energy companies and other stakeholders is essential. The conclusion of this research is that the existence of a vague grid algorithm allows users to monitor the electrical energy used. Smart grid systems rely heavily on constantly changing and improving technology. Certainly many of the problems faced by smart grids are addressed through improvements in current technology or the creation of new technologies that have not yet been discovered. Possible future research work that could be done is to investigate the protection of smart grids under various faults.
