Article Submission

Article submission is completely free of charge through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

An article processing and publication fee of IDR 500,000 is charged only for manuscripts accepted for publication. The APC covers editorial administration, layout editing, article metadata processing, online publication, website maintenance, and archiving.

Fast-Track Review Service

Authors may request an optional fast-track review service for IDR 500,000 to accelerate editorial handling and peer-review coordination. This service affects only the processing timeline and does not guarantee acceptance, a Letter of Acceptance, or publication. All manuscripts, including fast-track submissions, undergo the same editorial screening, peer-review standards, plagiarism checking, revision requirements, and final editorial decision process.

Editorial decisions are made independently based on scholarly merit, relevance to the journal’s scope, originality, methodological quality, ethical compliance, reviewer recommendations, and editorial judgment. Payment status does not influence acceptance or rejection decisions.

Publication Support

Partial or full fee reductions may be considered for:

  • international collaborative manuscripts;
  • authors affiliated with AIRA partner institutions;
  • outstanding manuscripts selected by the editorial board based on originality, scientific contribution, methodological quality, and relevance to the journal’s scope; or
  • authors who have previously served as outstanding reviewers and have provided high-quality, timely, constructive, objective, and ethical peer-review contributions to the journal.

Full fee waivers may be granted in selected cases, including for outstanding reviewers recognized by the editorial board for their sustained and meaningful contributions to the journal’s peer-review process.

All decisions regarding publication support, fee reductions, or fee waivers are subject to editorial evaluation, peer-review outcomes, and the journal’s publication ethics policy. Publication support does not guarantee acceptance, a Letter of Acceptance, or publication.

Reviewer recognition is based on the quality, timeliness, professionalism, objectivity, and consistency of review contributions and is not linked to any specific recommendation, acceptance decision, or favorable review outcome.
