Abstract

Information and technology are two things that cannot be separated, this is also what business actors and their consumers need. With the information conveyed, business actors will have a reference to determine steps and decisions, with consumer information they will have a certainty of understanding, as well as the stability to provide a trust. Customers demand services that are faster and can be accessed at any time as well as on the bank not only relying on good relations and personal approach in attracting customers. In line with the growth of Peer to Peer Lending (P2P Lending) as a Fintech product, the number of BPRs has gradually decreased every year. In this study, the design of a payment information system according to current technological developments is web-based in order to assist in the management of payment data which includes search, data storage, and the application of information technology in order to increase the effectiveness of services to customers in conveying payment information
