Manuscript Submission Guidelines

Language

Submitted manuscripts must present original research that falls within the Focus and Scope of CoSIE – Journal of Computer Science and Informatics Engineering. Manuscripts may be written in either English or Indonesian

Submission System

Manuscripts are not accepted via email. All submissions must be made through the journal's online submission system.

File Format

Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (*.doc or *.docx).

Manuscript Length

The manuscript must be between 10 and 15 pages, including figures, tables, and references.

Number of Authors

The maximum number of authors is five. Authors must be written without academic titles.

Corresponding Author

The corresponding author must be clearly identified and responsible for communication during all publication stages.

Authors must follow the manuscript format provided in the journal template.

Citation and References

  • Minimum 20 references from reputable journals.
  • Preferably published within the last 3 years.
  • At least 80% of references must be journal articles.
  • References must follow the IEEE citation style.

Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to the journal will undergo a Double Blind Peer Review process. The review process is conducted online through the journal system, and authors can monitor the progress of their manuscript through their account.
Author Responsibility

All permissions related to copyright, software usage, or intellectual property rights (IPR) involved in the manuscript are the full responsibility of the author.
