Abstract

Medan Regional Forest Area Stabilization Center has various tasks such as implementing forest stabilization, assessing changes in land conditions, providing data and information on forest resources, and establishing boundaries for forest areas in Indo. In Carrying out the task required tools or other needs in its implementation. However, the forest area stabilization center still performs inventory of goods manually, while the use of technology only uses Microsoft Excel software, and this method is less effective and efficient considering that there are often problems in making inventory data reports and the occurrence of accumulation or duplicate data. Because it is designed and developed web-based software with the waterfall method using the PHP language which is implemented using s MySQL database which will later be poured into an inventory information system that presents item data so that it is more controlled in its management which present data reports effectively and efficiently.
