Article Submission

Article submission is completely free of charge through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

An article processing and publication fee of USD 50 is charged only for manuscripts accepted for publication.

Fast-Track Review Service

Authors may request an optional fast-track review service to accelerate editorial processing. This service affects only the review timeline and does not guarantee acceptance or influence editorial decisions.

Publication Support

Partial fee reductions may be considered for:

international collaborative manuscripts;
authors affiliated with AIRA partner institutions; or
outstanding manuscripts selected by the editorial board based on originality, scientific contribution, quality, and relevance.

All decisions regarding publication support are subject to editorial evaluation and peer-review outcomes.
