The methods include socialization to build support, technical training for teachers and students, the application of Smart Box in learning, mentoring to ensure effectiveness, and sustainability planning. The implementation of this program successfully increased student participation from 45% to 78% and improved the learning interest score from 5.2 to 8.7 on a scale of 1–10, with a positive impact on students' critical thinking skills. In conclusion, Smart Box has proven effective as a technology-based learning innovation, particularly in primary education environments with limited infrastructure, and can be replicated with training and mentoring support from the government or education authorities.
