Abstract

Hospitality management really needs attention to support the progress and growth of the hospitality industry. The current problem is that colleges and universities, especially hotel management majors, are not developing online hotel marketing application media. Material for implementing online hotel management applications in hotel management lectures is lacking. The purpose of this community service is to provide hospitality management training to students majoring in hospitality at the Medan Tourism Academy hotel school using the online-based Zoho Creator application, to develop creativity and students to compete in the world of work. The training was carried out through Google Meet media and the speakers were lecturers from various fields at the Medan Hotel School Tourism Academy. Assessing the success of community service activities, students can use Zoho Creator to create hotel management applications online.
