Education and Training Student Learning Services Information System

Abstract

Human resources in a company or organization is an important and attention. Every company or organization usually always tries to improve basic learning services for education and training students, for example providing good learning services to training students. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning services on PT. PLN UPDL Tuntungan Medan. The analytical method uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that the level of education and training student learning services had a positive and significant effect both simultaneously and partially on training students, so that the proposed hypothesis was approved by PT. PLN UPDL Tuntungan Medan in an effort to improve education and training student learning services should pay attention to the factors of education and training student learning services.
