Recommended Catering Food Menu Choices for Pengajian Sakinah

For Muslims recitation activities are one of the needs of a person to add insight into good and true Islamic teachings. In these recitation activities, there is usually a food dish for the lecturer and also the members of the recitation. Selection of a food menu at recitation catering is also not an easy matter because there are criteria that must be considered starting from the different tastes of each member with a weight of 25%, details regarding price 30%, food content 20%, serving speed 10%, and durability food served is 15%. Therefore, research requires a decision support system, as a goal to reach a good and optimal decision using the MOORA method. The MOORA method can help the host in determining the choice of catering food to be served with a simple concept. MOORA is also very easy to use, so the method does not require an expert in mathematics to apply it. Of the 25 alternatives that are considered in choosing a food menu, Mihun Goreng is the best recommendation for a food menu that will be served at the sakinah recitation.
