Abstract

In the administration of elections, there are issues related to the lack of a comprehensive evaluation method in the selection of sub-district election committee members. The aim of this study is to develop an effective evaluation method using the Addition Rate Assessment (ARAS) technique. The results of the study show an accuracy rate of 99.95%, with the highest score being 0.9367, which is recommended as a candidate for the sub-district election committee. The implementation of ARAS makes the selection process more transparent and accountable, ensuring that the selected members possess full integrity and responsibility in carrying out their duties. Thus, the use of ARAS not only enhances efficiency in the administration of elections but also strengthens public trust in a fair and accountable democratic process.
