Abstract

Digital transformation in wedding photography services requires an integrated system that connects booking, scheduling, payment, customer communication, and administrative reporting. This community service project implemented and disseminated a web-based booking system at Medan Pro Studio using a participatory descriptive approach through needs analysis, system implementation, user manuals, demonstrations, guided simulations, and qualitative observation. The system supports authentication, photography package management, online booking, interactive scheduling, payment confirmation, booking-status monitoring, customer communication, digital documents, and transaction reports. Qualitative observations indicated that the main functions could be operated according to the service workflow and helped centralize booking information and communication. Because the evaluation did not include pre-post measurements, standardized usability or satisfaction instruments, transaction metrics, or long-term usage data, claims are limited to implementation and operational feasibility. Further evaluation should measure usability, satisfaction, service time, transaction performance, and sustained system use.
