Abstract

This research is motivated by the student achievement data management process at SMAN 1 Sijunjung, which is still conducted manually, leading to various obstacles such as difficulty in information retrieval, potential data loss, and low levels of transparency. These conditions indicate a pressing need for a digital system capable of managing achievement data more efficiently. This study aims to design an E-Achievements system using the Laravel framework that is valid, practical, and effective for mapping student achievements. The research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Agile model, encompassing the stages of requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment. Research data were collected through observations and interviews with Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers and the Vice Principal of Student Affairs, then analyzed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) for web-based system design. Testing was conducted using Black Box Testing along with validity, practicality, and effectiveness tests. The results showed a validity score of 0.876 (valid), a practicality score of 0.98 (highly practical), and an effectiveness score of 0.83 (effective). These findings prove that the developed E-Achievements system can simplify student achievement data management, enhance transparency, and support systematic achievement mapping. Consequently, this research provides a significant contribution to the school and to the advancement of knowledge in the field of educational information systems
