Ownership and Management
The Journal of Information Systems and Technology Research (JISTR) is published and managed by the Ali Institute of Research and Publication (AIRA), a scholarly research and publishing institution operating under Yayasan Ali Bersaudara Sejahtera (Ali Bersaudara Sejahtera Foundation), Indonesia.
1. Ownership and Legal Status
The legal ownership of the publishing institution is held by Yayasan Ali Bersaudara Sejahtera, an Indonesian foundation established under Notarial Deed No. 04 dated July 21, 2021, and legally recognized by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia through Decree No. AHU-0018021.AH.01.04 of 2021.
The foundation provides the institutional framework for AIRA's research, academic publishing, and scientific dissemination activities.
2. Publishing Institution
Ali Institute of Research and Publication (AIRA) serves as the official publisher of JISTR. AIRA supports journal administration, publishing infrastructure, editorial coordination, article production, and the dissemination of scholarly publications.
The publisher is responsible for supporting the continuity of journal operations and maintaining the institutional resources required for scholarly publishing.
3. Editorial Management
The academic and editorial management of JISTR is carried out by the Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editors, and Editorial Board (Section Editors).
The editorial team is responsible for overseeing manuscript evaluation, coordinating the peer-review process, assessing the scientific quality and relevance of submissions, and making editorial decisions in accordance with the journal's established policies and publication ethics.
Editorial decisions are based on scholarly merit, methodological quality, originality, and relevance to the journal's scope. The publisher's administrative and operational responsibilities are distinct from the academic evaluation and editorial decision-making process.
