Publication Schedule

JISTR publishes three issues annually, scheduled in January, May, and September. Beginning with Volume 5, Number 3 (2026), the journal implements a continuous publication model, allowing accepted articles to be published online progressively within their respective issue periods.

Continuous Publication Policy

Under the continuous publication model, articles that have successfully completed peer review, editorial assessment, and final production may be published individually within the designated issue period. Publication is not delayed until all articles assigned to the issue are finalized.

Each published article is assigned to its corresponding volume and issue, maintaining consistent bibliographic information and ensuring timely dissemination of research findings.

Policy Implementation

The continuous publication policy took effect with Volume 5, Number 3 (2026), as announced on September 3, 2026. The journal retains its three-issue annual publication schedule.
